So, i basically 死心 already. Meaning, i gave up. 2 years of silently obsessing over him has finally come to and end. Yup. It was torture. Specially since I thought that since this was graduation year, it was okay for people to know about it and who cares if it goes viral right? Not like i'll ever see him again right? WRONG. TORTURE.
So I kinda knew that he knows that I have a crush on him, but it wasn't confirmed. A 99% accurate speculation, based on keen observation on his friends. YUP, I can actually observe. Shocking, i know. Don't get used to it. So yeah, finally, it was confirmed like 3 days ago. But kinda too late because I decided on giving him up 4 days ago! :)
Let me share some history with you guys, so I had no idea he existed at all until one of my ex-bestfriend (gonna refer to her as Y) had a crush on him and so, I asked a classmate of mine to bring me to his class and point him out for me. Let's call her X. X went into his classroom and sought him out while I was waiting outside and this cute boy caught my eye. Yup, I didn't know that that was him then. X then came out telling me that she couldn't find him before diverting her attention towards who I was staring at basically, and pointed out that HE was my friend's crush. Damn, I have one quote that I saw on tumblr once that I can SO relate to, "You didn't catch my eye at first, but when you did, I swear I couldn't look away". He did catch my eye immediately that day, but I got by 2 years of school not knowing his existence! I've never even seen him before. Also, of course I couldn't admit this to anyone because, it's like a unwritten rule right, no crushing on your bestfriend's crush. Sigh. End of year holidays came and I thought about him ALL the time. So during the holidays, I went out with another ex-bestfriend of mine, (call her Z). SO YEAH, I FOUND OUT THAT SHE LIKED HIM TOO. YUP. I was speechless. She told me that she didn't dare to tell Y this for fear of ruining their friendship. Sigh, if they only knew. Months passed, in fact, 2 years passed, they both got over him. (we aren't exactly on good terms anymore, not regarding him) Leaving me, the sole loser still refusing to let him slip from my mind, and I can swear, seeing him in school everyday is so PAINFUL. In a good yearning way. Wow, I'm pathetic.
