So, good news! I successfully got a job at Cotton On! I'm not sure which of the 2 branches that I applied accepted me though as it wasn't stated :/ I really hope it's AMK Hub. It's nearer to home and only a 3-5mins walk away. But it is more cluttered than Nex's branch as it's wayyyy smaller. WHO CARES, I'M SO EXCITED! My first job ever, not counting my blogshop. Going for the job training this Thursday at Somerset area. I do wish that I have someone that I know to accompany me, but HEY, THIS IS A STEP TOWARDS THE 'FUTURE'.
My obsession with real estate is backkkkkkkkkkkk, and gosh, I really want my own apartment by 25 years old @ Gold Coast. BUT, i need like 4k/month starting now till then! Of course this is the price of the entire house, not just the down payment blah blah blah. Sigh, it really sucks I'll never be able to have a teenage romance there. I don't know if it's only from the movies or what, I want friends and a boyfriend where we can have roadtrips to the suburbs or bigger cities, rendezvous to the beach, surf, going to a nearby creek to play around and have fun, camps near wilderness, woods trekking, visit a ranch, etc etc. YOU GET NONE OF THAT IN SINGAPORE )): I just really want to experience that during my teenage years and not as an adult!
SOMEONE THERE ADOPT ME PLEASE :) HAHA, how naive to think that way. At least today has been a good start to December. Was thinking to myself that so many people applied for the job and most of them were shortlisted for an interview, so chances of me getting the job was slim to none, and BAM, I got the text! WAS IN DISBELIEF. HAPPY GIRL IS ME. Hehehehe
Now, my main concern is that I have nothing to wear to work there! I'm afraid of under or overdressing there and sticking out like a sore thumb. No one wants that. WHAT DO I WEAR!
